Privacy Policy
Awesomenesseo Privacy Policy. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Awesomenesseo is operated by Automaigency Pty Ltd (ABN 22 691 941 161) of Level 27, 25 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("we", "us", "our"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to contact us about it.
1. What we collect
We collect personal information in three ways: when you give it to us, when we work on your website, and automatically when you use this site.
- Seat requests and enquiries. When you request a seat on a flight or contact us, we collect your name, company, role, work email, website address, the markets or locations you serve, the orbit level you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us. All of this is needed to review your request and to book a clearance call.
- Clearance calls and client onboarding. If you become a client, we collect the details needed to run the engagement: billing details, the names and contact details of your approvers, and access to the systems listed in section 3.
- Website use. Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. These collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. See section 5.
- Marketing. If you opt in, we record that choice and your email address so we can send you updates.
We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or political information) and we ask you not to send it to us.
2. Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- review seat requests, run clearance calls, and tell you whether you are cleared for a flight
- plan, deliver, measure and report on your Mission (the SEO, AIO and GEO work you engage us for)
- invoice you and manage our relationship with you
- improve this website and our services, using analytics data
- send you updates you have asked for, which you can stop at any time
- meet our legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We do not sell personal information.
3. Client data we access during a Mission
To chart and fly a Mission we need read access to data about your website. With your authorisation this may include your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts, your content management system, your advertising accounts, and rank-tracking data about your site and your competitors.
This data may contain personal information about your customers (for example, in site search queries or analytics records). We use it only to deliver and measure your Mission, we treat it as confidential, and we do not use it for any other client. Access is removed when the Mission ends or when you ask.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run our business and deliver your Mission:
- Service providers that host our website and systems, send email, manage customer records, schedule meetings, process payments, and provide SEO, analytics and position-tracking tools.
- Our flight computer, the software platform we use to chart strategy. Information about your website is processed there to produce your flight plan.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we disclose personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some preferences will not be remembered. We may also use conversion tracking so we know which campaigns bring people to the site. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive information.
6. Marketing
We only send marketing emails to people who have asked for them or who are clients. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by writing to us at the address in section 12. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls, encrypted connections, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information is immune from every risk.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). Seat requests that do not become a Mission are deleted or de-identified within 12 months unless you ask us to keep in touch. When we no longer need information we delete or de-identify it.
9. Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, by writing to us at the address in section 12. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If we refuse a request we will tell you why.
10. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, write to us at the address in section 12 with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. The current version is always available on this page.
